The Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions Code, 2020 was introduced in Lok Sabha by Ministry of Labour and Employment on 19th September 2020 vide Bill No. 122 of 2020.
The Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions Code, 2020 is expected to consolidate and amend the laws regulating the occupational safety, health and working conditions of the persons employed in an establishment.
