The Ministry of Law and Justice on April 22, 2021 issued the Indian Medicine Council (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021. The Ordinance further to amend the Indian Medicine Council Act, 1970.
The Amendment has been made in Section 3A(2).
The Central Council shall be reconstituted in accordance with the provisions of section 3 within a period of two years from the date of supersession of the Central Council under Sub-section (1).
